Betty Louise (Heady) Rea

Betty Louise Rea, 91, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Miller’s Merry Manor.

She was born on December 15, 1926 in Sullivan, Indiana the daughter of Eli Heady Sr. and Ethel Smith Heady. Betty was a lifelong homemaker and she attended First Pentecostal Church in Sullivan.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Everett Rea Sr., daughter, Betty Leach, grandson, Brian Rea and sister, Mable Gott.

Survivors include her son, Everett (Linda) Rea Jr. of Sullivan, Indiana, three grandchildren; Lisa (Gene) Houser, Pam Shaffer and Roger Copper, seven great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren and two sisters; Wilma Rea of Illinois and Patricia Murray of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM, Friday, January 26, 2018 at Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan, Indiana with Rev. Bill Gott officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Brust Funeral Home.
