Helen I. (McAnally) Mayfield

Helen I. Mayfield, 86, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Monday, October 24, 2016 at Miller’s Merry Manor.

She was born on October 4, 1930 in Sullivan County, Indiana the daughter of Sam and Hazel (Dean) McAnally. Helen was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God in Anderson, Indiana.

Helen is preceded in death by her parents and two sisters; Mary Swiger and Dorothy Royals.

Survivors include her loving husband Rev. Charles K. Mayfield, three brothers; Harry (Shirley) McAnally, Carl (Faytha) McAnally and Leslie (Judy) McAnally, sister, Hazel (Bob) Boyle, brother-in-law, Eugene (Brenda) Mayfield and two step-daughters; Carol Mowery and Marie Bextrom.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Pastor Gary Larimer officiating. Interment will follow in Nyes Chapel Cemetery in Farmersburg, Indiana. Friends may call from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Brust Funeral Home.
