Jack Lee Jarrett

Jack Lee Jarrett, 85, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Monday, February 8, 2016.

He was born on November 27, 1930 in Anderson, Indiana the son of Lowell Everett and Ruby Irene (Harrison) Jarrett. Jack was a 1949 graduate of Markleville High School and he served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He married Alice Jo Levi on June 26, 1949 and was a life-long farmer.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years Jo Jarrett, three children; son Jeff (Dru) Jarrett of Sullivan, daughter Nancy (Dr. Matthew) Parmenter of Bloomington, son John (Lisa) Jarrett of Naples, Florida, five grandchildren; Megan Parmenter, Matthew Parmenter II, Sabrina Jarrett, Hunter Jarrett and Isabella Jarrett, sister Kay (Ron) Grewell of Effingham, Illinois and sister-in-law Jerry Frost of St. Louis, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 12, 2016 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until services on Friday, February 12, 2016 at Brust Funeral Home.
