Marjorie L. (Wilson) Kirkman

Marjorie L. Kirkman, 91, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Monday, October 5, 2015 at her residence.

She was born on April 1, 1924 in Sullivan, Indiana the daughter of George T. Wilson and Mary Leona Goodman Wilson. Marjorie graduated from high school and went on to college. She worked for GE in Linton for over 30 years. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Sullivan and the Sullivan Historical Society.

Marjorie is preceded in death by her father George T. Wilson, mother Mary Leona Goodman Wilson Irvin, step-father Alva Irvin, husband Norman Ray Kirkman, grandson Joshua Kirkman and brother George Wilson.

Survivors include her son George (Jane) Kirkman of Sullivan, Indiana, daughter Norma Lee (Richard) Ebler of Sullivan, Indiana, four grandchildren: Suzanne Bowdish, Eden Ebler, Isaac Kirkman and Ladonna Saul, two great-grandchildren: Nathan and Anna Bowdish and sister-in-law Mary Bennett. Marjorie is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Pastor Richard Ebler officiating. Interment will follow in Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan, Indiana. Friends may call from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Brust Funeral Home.
