Rita Gail Sluder

Rita Gail Sluder, 62, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Monday, March 7, 2016 at Miller’s Merry Manor.

She was born on January 1, 1954 in Sullivan, Indiana the daughter of Joe Sluder and Mary (Strange) Sluder. Rita was a member of Central Baptist Church in Sullivan, Indiana.

Rita is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her son Jason Ogle and his fiancé Mary Masteller of Sullivan, grandson Jason Ogle Jr., two brothers; Mike (Jenny) Sluder of Owensville, Indiana and Doug (Debbie) Sluder of Sullivan, sister Debbie (Jerry) Tennyson of Sullivan, step-mother Shirley Sluder, nieces and nephews; Chad (Leslie) Sluder, Colleen (Robin) Overton, Kimberly (Darin) Sullivan, Katie (Travis) Weber, Kristi (Andy) Irwin, Ashley (Matthew) Hayes and Justin (Halee) Sluder and several cousins. Rita is also survived by her special friends Katy and Danny Jones along with her neighbors and friends at Sunrise Towers.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, March 11, 2016 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Pastor David Simpson officiating. Interment will follow in Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan, Indiana. Friends may call from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Friday, March 11, 2016.

In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to the Central Baptist Church 602 N. Court Street Sullivan, Indiana 47882.
