Sandra K. (Yates) Crichfield

Sandra K. Crichfield, 70 of Terre Haute, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Dugger, IN October 4, 1946 the daughter of William Yates and Carol Davies Yates.

            Sandra graduated from Dugger Union High School and attended Indiana State University.

She was a kind hearted women, who enjoyed being with her family and was a blessing to those she met. She also enjoyed raising roses. She was a born again Christian and a member of the Union Christian Church in Terre Haute.

            She is survived by her husband of 50 years, William Crichfield who she married on June 4, 1966, a daughter, Tracy Murphy (Kenneth) of Clinton, IN, a son, Douglas Crichfield (Marcella) of Lafayette, LA, two brothers; Tom Yates of Lyons, IN, Gary Yates of Washington, IN, sister, Ila Lloyd of Terre Haute, IN, six grandchildren Reagan, Hunter, and Laken Murphy, Lauren, Mariah and Destiny Crichfield,  and one great grandson, Mitchell.

            She was preceded in death by her parents, also an infant daughter, a sister, Sherry Webb, and a brother, Kenneth Yates.

            Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, IN. Visitation will be from 11:00AM until services Saturday. Interment will follow in the Center Ridge Cemetery.
