Teresa L. (Murphy) Krentkowski

Teresa L. Krentkowski, 46, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at her residence.

She was born on July 18, 1971 in Evergreen Park, Illinois the daughter of Carlos and Carol (Dahms) Murphy. Teresa was formerly a manager at McDonalds in Sullivan, Indiana.

Teresa is preceded in death by her mother, Carol Murphy.

Survivors include her two sons; Kevin and Eli Krentkowski, four daughters; Heather, Sabrina, Jodie and Tabbitha Krentkowski all of Sullivan, Indiana, father, Carlos Murphy of Greenfield, Indiana and her sister, Jill (Jerry) Jones of Greenfield, Indiana

Celebration of life will be from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Brust Funeral Home.
