Cherlyn Monroe Obituary

Cherlyn Sue Monroe, 71, of Carlisle, IN passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.

She was born in Switz City, IN July 4, 1947 the daughter of James Bus Carter and Elizabeth Shunk Carter.

She was preceded in death by her parents also her husband, David Joe Monroe in 2013.

Survivors include two sons, Chris Monroe (April Arroyo-Monroe) of Vincennes, IN, Corey Monroe (Lacey) of Carlisle, IN, a brother, Jim Carter (Jane) Bloomfield, IN, three grandchildren Chloe, Cora, and Cali.

Funeral services will be at 1:00PM Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan. Interment will follow in the IOOF Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Brust Funeral Home from 4:00PM until 8:00 PM.
