Dorothy Robbins Trimble, 100, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Miller’s Merry Manor.

She was born on April 17, 1918 in Sullivan County, Indiana the daughter of Claude Robbins and Hallah Hill Robbins. Dorothy owned and operated Trimble Insurance for 50 years in Carlisle. She was a lifelong member of the Sullivan First Christian Church.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Medford Trimble, son, Michael Trimble and brother, Lee Robbins.

Survivors include daughter-in-law, Julie Trimble of Venice, Florida, grandchild, Erin Trimble of Plainfield, Indiana, great-grandchild; Silas Thaler and several nieces & nephews.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at IOOF Cemetery in Carlisle, Indiana with Rev. David Cox officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Brust Funeral Home.
