Gayle (Bedwell) Robbins

Gayle Robbins, 70, of Carlisle, Indiana passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at her home.

She was born on March 13, 1947 in Sullivan, Indiana the daughter of Arthur Lonnie and Myrtle (Ring) Bedwell. Gayle was a bartender at the Sullivan American Legion. She was a member of the Legion Auxiliary Post 139.

Gayle is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Linda Woodruff, two grandsons; Jordan Monroe and Dakota Moore and great-grandchild Bradley Wilson.

Survivors include loving husband, Walter Robbins, five children; Roy (Rhonda) Monroe of Sullivan, Indiana, Kelly (Charlie) Boone of Dugger, Indiana, Kathy (Troy) Moore of Cripple Creek, Colorado, Scott (Dana) Robbins of Vincennes, Indiana and Colin Robbins of Carlisle, Indiana, three sisters; Daunna Hunt of Fairbanks, Indiana, Brenda (George) Howard of Shelburn, Indiana and Connie (Steve) Wright of Sullivan, Indiana and fourteen grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, August 21, 2017 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Pastor Erich Blevins officiating. Friends may call from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Monday, August 21, 2017.
