Jerry Urbain

Jerry Urbain, 51, of Sullivan, Indiana formerly of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017 at Miller’s Merry Manor.

He was born on February 11, 1966 in Terre Haute, Indiana the son of Alfonzo “Sonny” Urbain and Carol C. (Nacke) Williams. Jerry was a self-employed mechanic.

Jerry is preceded in death by parents.

Survivors include his son, Jeremy (Nikki) Urbain of Lewis, Indiana, four grandchildren; Malakai, Ayden, Trevin and Ryker, three brothers; David (Barbara) Urbain of Sullivan, Indiana, Larry Urbain of Terre Haute, Indiana and Bryan (Karen) Nacke of Terre Haute, Indiana and one sister, Teresa Higginbotham of Mishawaka, Indiana.

Visitation will be on Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM at the Lewis Community Center (Wren House) in Lewis, Indiana. The family request that memorial contributions be made to Brust Funeral Home 400 N. Court St. Sullivan, Indiana 47882.
