Jimmie L. Richardson

Jimmie L. Richardson, 68, of Carbon, Indiana passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana.

He was born on March 16, 1950 in South Bend, Indiana the son of Raymond and Thelma (Knew) Richardson. Jimmie was a US Navy veteran. He was a member of the Veterans Administration and American Legion.

Jimmie is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife Darla Wilson Richardson, two sons; Jimmie Richardson Jr. (Megan) of Terre Haute, Indiana and Chris Richardson of Terre Haute, Indiana, daughter, Tina Dominick (Marc) of Newburgh, Indiana, three brothers; Roger Richardson (Cathy) of Port Charlotte, Florida, Eddie Richardson of Port Charlotte, Florida and Steve Richardson (Rhonda) of Dugger, Indiana, eight grandchildren; Chelsea Corona, Hazel Richardson, Chris Richardson, Marissa Richardson, Joseph Gonzales, James Rendon, Leylei Rendon and Saige Rendon and two great-grandchildren; Damion and Gage Corona.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Rev. David Cox officiating. Interment will follow in Nyes Chapel Cemetery in Farmersburg, Indiana with a Military graveside service by the Sullivan, Shelburn and Hymera Legion Posts and Sullivan county VFW Post. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Brust Funeral Home.
