Marjorie Anne (Thomson) Burris

Marjorie Anne Burris, 81, of Fairbanks, Indiana passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Sullivan, Indiana.

She was born on July 6, 1936 in Fairbanks, Indiana the daughter of Cecil and Pauline (Pogue) Thomson. Marjorie worked at Sycamore Insurance Agency for several years.

Marjorie is preceded in death by parents.

Survivors include her daughter, Linda (Troy) Whitkanack of Fairbanks, Indiana, son, Gary (Michele) Burris of Fairbanks, Indiana, grandchildren; Layah Seaton, Jimmy (Brittaney) Seaton, Brock (Sydney) Seaton, Hannah (Trent) Greenwell, Lilly Whitkanack, Jonathan Burris, Cody Burris, Ashton (Andrew) Yoakum, Justin (Gracie) Burris and Dalton Burris and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Rev. Larry Gilaspy officiating. Interment will follow in Pogue Cemetery in Fairbanks, Indiana. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Brust Funeral Home.
