Warren Forbes Obituary
Warren Allen Forbes, 76, of Shelburn, Indiana passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018 at Sullivan County Community Hospital.
He was born on July 5, 1941 in Sullivan, Indiana the son of William Robert and Catherine Forbes. Warren was a veteran of the US Air Force and a lifelong truck driver.
Warren is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his cousin Bruce (Betty) Hauger and various extended family members.
A graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Brust Funeral Home.
