Allen Ray Rogers

Allen Ray Rogers, 65, of Sullivan, Indiana, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2022, at his residence.

He was born on June 7, 1956, in Sullivan, Indiana, the son of Guy Rogers and Lois Pigg Rogers. Allen married Gail Powell on June 28, 1999. He worked at Pfizer, Raybestos, and Futaba before he retired in October of 2021. Allen was a car enthusiast and like to be on the go, traveling everywhere with Gail. He had attended Dugger Church of Christ.

Allen is preceded in death by his father, Guy Rogers.

Survivors include his loving wife of 22 years, Gail Rogers; mother, Lois Rogers of Sullivan, Indiana; daughter, Kristen Burkett (Jeremy) of Terre Haute, Indiana; step-daughter, Courtney Lynch (Travis) of Indianapolis, Indiana; brother, Ivan Rogers (Sherri) of Vincennes, Indiana; aunt, Phyllis Clark (Bill) of New Palestine, Indiana; two nephews, Dane Rogers (fiancé Sarah Hoback) and Brock Rogers (Nikki); and two great-nephews, Leo and Zane Rogers. Allen is also survived by several cousins.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana, with Bro. Nick Moore and Bro. Jerry Carmichael officiating. Interment will follow in Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan, Indiana. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana.
