Billy Sowders Obituary
Billy J. Sowders, 50, of Carlisle, Indiana passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2022 at his residence.
He was born on April 25, 1972 in Sullivan, Indiana the son of Jesse Sowders and Ann Jones Sowders. Billy worked for RTI Transportation for several years.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his loving wife, Lori Lynn Ehrheart Sowders, three sons; Douglas Robert Sowders, Jesse James Sowders (Emily Chapman) of Sullivan, Indiana and Wyatt Matthews Sowders of Carlisle, Indiana, several adopted children, brother, Jesse Sowders of Brazil, Indiana, three sisters; Cricket Clevenger of Mason, Texas, Lisa Rourk of Alabama and Melody Kay of Colorado and four grandchildren; Mathue, Emma, Avahh and Ariel.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, December 30, 2022 at Mann Turman Cemetery in Graysville, Indiana with Pastor David Simpson officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
