Carol J. (Dyer) Copeland

Carol J. Copeland, 84, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Breckenridge Long Term Care Facility.

She was born on January 13, 1935 in Indiana the daughter of Ermil Dyer and Jessie Watson Dyer. Carol was a seamstress at Gossards for several years and later was a cook at Tindalls. She was a member of Jasonville Assembly of God.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers; Robert Dyer and Bill Dyer.

Survivors include two daughters; Peggy Copeland of Sullivan, Indiana and Melinda Barnes (Fred) of Cloverdale, Indiana, three sisters; Phyllis Meng of Sullivan, Indiana, Rosella Moss of Linton, Indiana and Sharon Marquis of Terre Haute, Indiana, sister-in-law, Lois Dyer of Sullivan, Indiana, two grandchildren; Jennifer (Rob) Robertson and Joshua Copeland and three great-grandchildren; Colton (Emalee) Robertson, Brayden (Kinley) Robertson and Shaelyn Robertson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Friday, January 10, 2020 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Pastor Samuel Bush officiating. Interment will follow in Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan, Indiana. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Friday, January 10, 2020 at Brust Funeral Home.
