Obituary

David Matthew Clark, 45, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at his residence.

He was born on September 6, 1977, in Robinson, Illinois the son of Timothy Clark and Deborah Chenoweth. David was a US Army veteran and served overseas. He was awarded a National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal with Campaign Star, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Armed Forces Reserve Medal and a Purple Heart.

David is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Larry and Barbara Chenoweth.

Survivors include his mother, Deborah Chenoweth of Sullivan, Indiana, father, Timothy (Dawn) Clark of Sullivan, Indiana, paternal grandparents; Holly and Jan Clark, brother, Joshua (Josi) Clark of Sullivan, Indiana, two nephews; Chaim Clark and Jesse Clark and three nieces; Nitara Clark, Autumn Clark and Ana de Carvalho.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Union Chapel Crow Cemetery with Military graveside rites by the Sullivan, Shelburn and Hymera Legion Posts and Sullivan County VFW Post. Arrangements were entrusted to Brust Funeral Home.
