Donna Sue Jett, 86, of Carlisle, IN passed away Thursday, June 16, 2022, peacefully at her home.
She was born on June 10, 1936, in Vincennes, IN the daughter of Amos and Beatrice (Wagner) Summet. Donna loved spending time with her family and enjoyed her cats and reading.
Survivors include a son, Joseph C. Jett (Hui Cha) of Freelandville, IN, two daughters: Patty Horn (Mike) of Carlisle, IN and Sherri Jett of Omaha, NE, three grandchildren: Sean Jett, Angela Bultez (Steve) and Tyler Jett, one great grandchild, Jett Clay Bultez and a caregiver and family friend, Savannah Updike
She was preceded in death by her parents, adoptive father Owen “Bum” Donovan, her husband of 64 years Clay C. Jett, two sisters, Judy Graham and Patsy Ruth Summet, and a grandson, Cameron Horn.
There will be no visitation and a private graveside funeral service.
Arrangements were entrusted to Brust Funeral Home.
