Loretta “Jane” Snapp, 85, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at Sullivan County Community Hospital.

She was born on May 15, 1937 in Pleasantville, Indiana the daughter of Carl Michael Brewer and Amie Alice Comstock Brewer. Jane graduated from Dugger High School and was a life-long homemaker. She attended First Pentecostal Church of Sullivan.

Jane is preceded in death by her parents, two daughters; Vicki L. Tracy and Pamela S. Stanley, son-in-law, Michael McGuire and nine siblings.

Survivors include three sons; Michael J. Snapp (Jackie) of Princeton, Indiana, Kevin W. Snapp (Kim) of Sullivan, Indiana and Jack A. Snapp of Sullivan, Indiana, six daughters; Linda J. Walters (Richard) of Robinson, Illinois, Christina K. Stewart (Eric) of Robinson, Illinois, Melanie R. Smith (Todd) of Robinson, Illinois, Karla J. Borders (Dale) of Sullivan, Indiana, Kimberly J. McGuire( Jamie Hamilton) of Carlisle, Indiana and Sherri L. Robbins (Stephen) of Sullivan, Indiana and multiple grandchildren, two son in-laws Mike Tracy of Jasonville, IN and Stacey Stanley of Sullivan, In Jane is also survived by her cat, Susie Bell “Poop Head”.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Pastor David Brewer officiating. Interment will follow in Dugger Cemetery in Dugger, Indiana. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday, August 15, 2022 and from 9:00 AM until the service on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Brust Funeral Home.
