Mary Ann Harris, 94, of Vero Beach, Florida formerly a long-time resident of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, in Vero Beach. Florida.
She was born on January 7, 1931, in Sullivan, Indiana the daughter of Francis Kerlin and Dorothy Boyle Kerlin. Mary Ann was a lifelong homemaker and also worked as a registered nurse before starting her family. She was a member of the St Mary’s Catholic Church and Psi Iota’s. She enjoyed playing bridge and golf with her friends and also boating with friends and family
Mary Ann is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Orion Boyd “OB” Harris and her brother, Edward “Eddie” Kerlin.
Survivors include her children; John Orion (Ronda) Harris of Lafayette, Louisiana, Rose Marie (Tom) Robson of Beaufort, South Carolina, Mary Ann (Terry) Watkins of Vero Beach, Florida and Emily Jane Harris of Vero Beach, Florida, grandchildren; Julie Eskind, Kristi Menard, Amanda Turner, Doug Robson, Greg Robson, Abigail Robson, Lindsey Grenda and Sara Garrett, sixteen great-grandchildren; Ainsley, Reese, Haili, Payton, Bryson, Mia, Ashton, Claire, Lillian, Hannah, Caleb, Addison, Julianne, Natalie, Carmelo and Conner and one great great-grandchild, Oakley.
Graveside services will be at 12:00 PM, Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan, Indiana with Father Suresh Bakka officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Brust Funeral Home.
