Michael Andrew Lockard, 52, of Carlisle, IN passed away Saturday, December 20, 2025 at his residence.

            He was born in Indianapolis, IN August 31, 1973 the son of Paul R. Lockard and Dana Wright Lockard.

            He was a 1991 graduate from Sullivan High School, and currently worked at Perdue Farms in Washington, IN.

            He was preceded in death by his parents, also a sister, Dana Joyce Wright.

            Survivors include three sons, Nicholas Lockard of Terre Haute, IN, Joseph Parris of Terre Haute IN, and Lucas Lockard of Carlisle, IN, his ex -wife, Jill Sims of Freelandville, IN a brother, Paul Lockard Jr.  (Amber Westerkamm) of Sullivan, IN a half-brother, Jason Wright (Tasha) of Terre Haute, IN, and one granddaughter, Makenna.

There will be a visitation/ Celebration of Life Friday, January 2, 2026, from 12:00PM until 2:00PM at Brust Funeral Home.
