Obituary
Michael “Mike” Edward Cox, 61, of Merom, Indiana passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
He was born on November 3, 1960 in Sullivan, Indiana the son of Edward Cox and Joyce Shake Cox. Mike graduated from Sullivan High School in 1979. He enjoyed being in the outdoors.
Mike is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Paul “Tink” and Lois Unger Cox and maternal grandparents; Kenneth and Ruth Shake.
Survivors include his parents, Edward and Joyce Cox, two sisters; Lori Roberts (Jeff) and Anita Fifer (Gary) all of Graysville, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM, Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Mann Turman Cemetery in Graysville, Indiana with Pastor Bill Sam Phegley officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Brust Funeral Home.
