Norma Jean (Cleveland) Ring

Norma Jean Ring, 88, of Sullivan, IN passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020 at the Breckenridge Health and Rehab in Sullivan, IN.

 She was born in Sullivan, IN January 18, 1932 the daughter of Garland Cleveland and Martha Barre Cleveland.

 Norma was the first female EMT in 1974 at Mary Sherman Hospital in Sullivan, IN, and retired after 32 years of service, she was a member of the First Christian Church in Sullivan, IN and a volunteer of the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, and son in-law Paul Fielden.

 Survivors include a son Michael D. Ring (LeAnn) Sullivan, IN, a daughter, Sherry Fielden of Indianapolis, IN, five grandchildren, Stacy, Angie, Kristina, Ryne and Angela ,eight great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.

 Funeral services will be at 1:00PM Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Brust Funeral Home with Rev. David Cox officiating. Burial in the Center Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until services Thursday.
