Sally Ann Cole Graves, 71, of Greencastle, Indiana passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Putman County Hospital in Greencastle, Indiana.

Sally was born December 26, 1946 in Sullivan, Indiana, daughter of Edward and Verlene Shake Cole. Sally attended Gill Twp Grade School and graduated Sullivan High School Class of 1964. She received her RN degree at Lincoln Trail College in Robinson, Illinois. She was retired from Putnamville Correctional Facility formerly Indiana State Farm. Sally was a 25-year member of Merom Eastern Star where she was a past Worthy Matron.

Sally is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Angela A. White and brother-in-law, Mark Leo Reed.

Survivors include her son Edward Christopher “Chris” Parsons of Greencastle, Indiana, two brothers; Thomas (Nancy) Cole and Richard (Connie) Cole all of Sullivan, Indiana, two sisters; Jean (Don) Blasingame of Forsyth, Illinois and Beth Reed of Sullivan, Indiana and three grandchildren; Ally Parsons, Matthew Parsons and Joseph Reed. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Brust Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers Sally requested memorial contributions be made to Gill Township Scholarship Fund c/o Wabash Valley Community Foundation 200 South 8th Street Terre Haute, IN 47807.
