Sandra L. (Ledford) Wilson

Sandra L. Wilson, 75, of Carlisle, Indiana passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021 at her residence.

She was born on September 3, 1945 in Oakland, California the daughter of William and Leola (Bickers) Ledford. Sandra was a Christian woman who loved the Lord and was a member of the Bible View Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family and helping others. Sandra enjoyed baking/cooking, shopping at yard sales and going out to eat.

She is preceded in death by her parents, loving husband of 27 years Bradley Wilson, son, Jeremy Wilson and grandson, Baby Bradley Wilson.

Survivors include three sons; Rick Poling (Tommie) of Sullivan, Indiana, Michael Poling of Carlisle, Indiana and Justin Wilson of Dugger, Indiana, five grandchildren; Treyton Wilson, Brianna Wilson, Bridget Hollifield, Bailey Robinson and Waylon Trueblood, one great-grandson, Kaydon Park, two brothers; John Ledford (Robin) of Alton, Illinois and David Ledford of Connersville, Indiana and six sisters; Barbara Anthony (Jim) of Sun City Center, Florida, Linda Herron (Don) of Connersville, Indiana, Teresa Ledford of Greenville, Indiana, Cindy Glendon (Bill) of Dalton, Massachusetts, Deb Cummins (Ray) of Richmond, Indiana and Vicki McCarty of Connersville, Indiana. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and her grand-pups.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM, Monday, May 3, 2021 at Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan, Indiana with Pastor Larry Kimmell officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Brust Funeral Home.

Sandra’s family would like to express their deep gratitude to Good Samaritan Hospice and their staff for all the compassion and care they provided. They would also like to thank everyone for all their prayers and anyone who sent cards.
