Sara L. Emery, 87, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at Envive of Sullivan.

She was born on March 13, 1936 in New Lebanon, Indiana the daughter of Albert L. Anderson and Della Carmichael Anderson. Sara worked at Sullivan Health and Living as a nurse’s aide for 21 years.

Sara is preceded in death by her parents, husband Russel Emery, three brothers; Jerry Anderson, John Anderson and Lowell Anderson and sister Rosalie Owens.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Friday, January 26, 2024 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Rev. David Cox officiating. A private burial will take place at Center Ridge Cemetery in Sullivan, Indiana. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Friday, January 26, 2024, at Brust Funeral Home.
