Steven Dale Clark, 76, of Fairbanks, IN, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Envive of Sullivan, IN.

He was born in Hymera, IN. May 15, 1946, the son of Willis Clark and Wanda Bennett Clark.

Steven was an Army Veteran and retired from the Post Office in Terre Haute, IN. He was a member of the American Legion Post # 298 in Hymera, IN.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Stanley Walker and two sisters: Deanna Milles and Patti Brodie.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years Betty (Overton) Clark, two stepsons; Doug Shepler (Karen) of Clay City, IN and Bruce Shepler of Merom, IN, stepdaughter, Cindy Shepler, (Kenneth Hopper) of Sullivan, IN, four children, three brothers; Kenneth Clark (Boukje) of Goldsboro, NC, Gary Clark (Anne) of Sullivan, IN and Donald Walker of Sullivan, IN, two sisters; Carol Jernigan of Jasonville, IN and Sandra Farmer (Jack) Vicksburg, IN, several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and his beloved pet, Freddie.

Funeral services will be at 2:00PM Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at Brust Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Knight officiating.

Interment will follow in the K of P Cemetery in Hymera, IN with a Military graveside service by the Sullivan, Co. Honor Guard. Friends may call from 12:00 until 2:00PM Wednesday at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, IN.
