Teresa Sue Kirkland, 73, of Sullivan, IN passed away Monday, June 30, 2025, at her residence.

            She was born in Sullivan, IN March 26, 1952, the daughter of James Taylor and Frances Buckalow Taylor.

            Teresa worked at Newport Chemical Plant. In her retirement she enjoyed sewing and was looked up to in the sewing community.

            She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include a daughter, Angie Kirkland of Carlisle, IN, a son, Shawn Kirkland (Amber Mason) of Sullivan, IN 4 brothers; James Taylor of Paxton, IN Keith Taylor (Dana) of Carlisle, IN, David Taylor (Peggy) of Paxton, IN and Steve Taylor of Kentucky, 3 grandchildren; Christopher Stewart, Jaedon Kirkland, and Celeste Kirkland, 1 great grandchild, Phoenix Mills, and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
