Tina Marie Stanley

Tina Marie Stanley, 71, of Farmersburg, Indiana passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana.

She was born on September 1, 1950 in Sullivan, Indiana the daughter of Gilbert “Junior” Stanley and Dolores Sanders Stanley. Tina graduated from Sullivan High School class of 1968 and was a mortgage broker for several years before retiring in 2007. She was a member of the Sullivan First Baptist Church and the Gill Township Girls who met yearly. Tina loved painting, music, art and serving the Lord. She enjoyed playing cards and meeting up weekly to play. Most of all Tina loved spending time with her family for whom she was a guiding light and a spiritual inspiration. She provided lots of love, guidance and support for her family.

Tina is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her three daughters: Tammy Rogers of Sullivan, Indiana, Jacqueline Buckley of Port Orange, Florida and Kristi Burkhart (Tony) of Sullivan, Indiana, father of her children and companion, Donald Buckley of Farmersburg, Indiana, two sisters: Sharon Loftin (Denzil) of Terre Haute, Indiana and Marla Michael of West Terre Haute, Indiana, three grandchildren: Jocelyn Branson (Scott Burris), Stefan Rogers (Melissa Shorter) and Austin Burkhart, seven great-grandchildren: Enlow Branson, Lillie Branson, Liam Branson, Elliana Branson, Logan Burris, Kaycee Burris, Heavenly Rogers, Mackenzie Rogers, Sadie Rogers and Emma Baxley. She is also survived by several cousins.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in New Lebanon, Indiana. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Friday, June 10, 2022 and prior to the service on Saturday, June 11, 2022.
