Veneta Faye Baxley, 71, of Sullivan, IN passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, IN.

She was born in Bloomington, IN November 20, 1949 the daughter of Roy Thomas Cazee and Jackie Philpot Cazee.

Faye was preceded in death by her parents and three siblings.

Survivors include a son, Michael Yoder (Kathy) of Terre Haute, IN, a daughter, Tena Prince (Scott) of Sullivan, IN,  four step-children;, Cynthia Swoape (Mason) of Bloomington, IN, Edward Baxley (Pattie) of Linton, IN, Cassandra Doer (John) of Eldorado, IL and Angela Baxley of Bloomington, IN, 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 1:00PM Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at the Providence Cemetery in Paxton, IN.

There will be no visitation, arrangements were entrusted to Brust Funeral Home.
