William "Bill" Michael Cook Obituary

William “Bill” Michael Cook, 75, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Sullivan County Community Hospital.

He was born on April 9, 1946 in Marion, Indiana the son of Alonzo C. Cook and Martha Ratliff Clester. Bill was a veteran of US Army and served in Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion and loved to fish. Bill worked at Four Rivers for several years.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, mother of his children, Virginia Cook and five brothers.

Survivors include his fiancé, Sharon Cooley of Sullivan, Indiana, son, William Michael Cook Jr. of Odyssey, Texas, daughter, Michelle Bower of Bloomington, Indiana, one brother, three sisters, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is also survived by his dog, Bella.

A celebration will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Brust Funeral Home.
