Just found out about my cousin Brad's January passing. So sorry to hear this sad news. We were both in Vietnam at the same time, but different locations. Because of his job there, he said, in a rare phone call, that he could get me papers to transfer down to the Saigon area close to where he was stationed in a "supposedly safe area". I said I was fine where I was in the central highlands, pretty quiet. A few minutes later, while on the phone, there were incoming rounds at my location and I had to end our phone call to jump into a bunker. How did he know that was going to happen? Ha! Cousin Brad was a fun one with an infectious smile. He always made me and Cynthia feel welcome on our infrequent trips to Sullivan. RIP Brad and much love to you and you family.
