Joyce and family, I am so sad to hear of your mother's death. I think of you and your family frequently. This may be a sign of my own growing older and reminiscence of childhood days. I so sorry to hear of your grandmother's passing. That was no long after your grandfather. I know you loved them dearly. My heart goes out to you and to your family. Sweet people. I have heard lots of stories about them along the years.

My parents (Henry & Kay Gilham) have lived at the corner of Johnson and Bell since 1979 and enjoyed the Wilkes through those years. We very much enjoyed this tribute to Dorothy's life and send our deepest sympathy to your family.
