Ronald "Ronnie" Keith Morris

Ronald “Ronnie” Keith Morris, 66, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at his home.

He was born on October 10, 1949 in Evansville, Indiana the son of Lawrence Morris and Hallie (Clark) Smith. Ronnie was a US Army veteran who served during the Vietnam War. He was a retired coal miner.

Ronnie is preceded in death by his mother and daughter Kayce Lynn Norris.

Survivors include his loving wife of 46 years Mary (Buckman) Morris whom he married on May 16, 1970, his father Lawrence Morris of Evansville, Indiana, two sons; Ronald Keith Morris II (Jami) of Merom, Indiana and Chadd Michael Morris of Farmersburg, Indiana, three sisters; Vicky Lynn Shelton (Wayne) of Hansen, Kentucky, Stephanie O’Leary (Johnny) Nortonville, Kentucky and Linda French of Washington, two step-brothers; Danny Dollison of Evansville and Kevin Dollison (Jean) of Jasper, Indiana, seven grandchildren; Lauren Morris, Owen Norris, Chadd Logan Morris, Joseph Morris, Mayce Morris, Blake Morris and Rhett Morris.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Brust Funeral Home in Sullivan, Indiana with Father Ken Herr officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in New Lebanon, Indiana with a Military graveside service by the Sullivan, Shelburn and Hymera Legion Posts and Sullivan county VFW Post.
