Dear Ignacio,
We are deeply saddened to hear about Cindy's passing. She was a wonderful person and we have good fond memories of both of you and smile at the fact that we were able to share some of her life. Cindy was a special person who seemed to light up a room, as she was always smiling and we looked forward to getting together at our school reunions in order to spend time with both of you.
We can't imagine what you must be feeling now, but we want you to know that we are just a phone call away, if there is anything we can do to help you. We hope that in some small way these words will bring comfort to you, and to Cindy's family.
Our heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to you, and to Cindy's family.
